中国古诗词选译，传承中华文化，展现中国美。

内容简介

本书选译了七十首中国历代经典诗、词、小令及铭，其中大多是中国人耳熟能详，出口可诵的诗篇。中国古典诗词，繁若星辰，是中国传统文化*灿烂的一部分。这些诗词，或浪漫、或写实、或唯美、或感伤，无不体现了诗人的情怀和时代印记，潜藏着中华民族的自然观、伦理观、价值观和世界观。

文化软实力建设是当今中国对外文化交流的一个重要任务，如何更好地把中国古典诗词传播到国外，帮助国外读者更好地了解中国文化是外语界的义不容辞的职责。近百年来，很多学者在这一方面已经做出了巨大努力。本书是译者在英语教学之余的一种尝试，而这一尝试的根源主要来自于译者对中国古诗词的热爱，希望能通过英语把中国古诗词的美分享出去。
