内容简介
加拿大律师协会联合会在2009年制定了《职业行为示范守则》,作为加拿大各个律师协会行为守则的标杆,希望藉此能够消除加拿大各司法辖区在律师职业行为规则上的重大差异。加拿大律师协会联合会还建立了职业行为示范守则常设委员会,来监控法律的变化,并届时就该示范守则的修改和完善提出建议。
截至目前,该示范守则已经被14个律师协会中的11个所采纳,其他律师协会则正在对此进行积极审议。在内容上,本书除序言外,有解释和定义、法律职业标准、与委托人关系、法律服务营销、与司法的关系、与学生、雇员和其他人的关系、与律师协会和其他律师的关系等共计7章。每章下面又规定有具体条文,并附有对这些条文的注释。
